Hank Williams Jr. Fights Back With A Song

When Fox and ESPN dumped Hank Williams Jr. over controversy in which he compared President Obama to Adolf Hitler the crooner was inspired to record a new song entitled Ill Keep My . The track ridicules Fox & Friends and ESPN after they decided to end 22 years of opening Monday Night Football with his Are You Ready? anthem.

Williams said he wrote the lyrics Friday morning and recorded the song later that day; the track is expected to hit iTunes no later than Tuesday.

In it, he sings, So Fox n Friends wanna put me down/Ask for my opinion/Twist it all around/Well two can play that gotcha game youll see.

On last Mondays edition of Fox & Friends Williams made an analogy of President Obama golfing with [Republican] House Speaker John Boehner like Hitler playing golf with [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu.

By Friday it was all over but the crying and Williams and the network had parted ways. Williams said in a statement, I have made MY decision Me, My Song, and All My Rowdy Friends are OUT OF HERE, while ESPN issued a statement that read, We have decided to part ways with Hank Williams Jr.

The network will replace Williams weekly intro with a rotating cast of characters based upon whos playing: Hall of Fame Detroit Lions running back Barry Sanders will star in the first spot before Mondays game between the Lions and Chicago Bears.

Williams will discuss the controversy Tuesday on The View and Hannity.
